Health Puppies guarantees that your puppy is in good health at the time of transfer, and
is guaranteed from communicable disease for 72 hours from the date of sale. You are responsible for having the puppy checked
by your vet within that time period. We will not be responsible for parvo, distemper, or kennel cough contracted after
the puppy leaves us. We also guarantee our puppy to be free of genetic defects that would be life threatening, or not
medically manageable until the puppy reaches one (1) year of age. If such circumstances occur, we must be notified immediately,
and have proof of defect or disease in writing from a veterinarian stating that the problem is genetic with no possibility
of any other cause such as accidents, insect borne diseases, parasites, viruses, etc. Our vet will then examine the
documents, and the puppy and the registration papers would need to be returned to us at buyer’s expense in order to
receive a replacement puppy. No cash refund will be made. Replacement puppy of equal value will be offered when
one is available. We are not responsible for any vet bills that you may incur. We can not be responsible for how
much your vet charges you, or the knowledge of your vet.
We can not guarantee against hypoglycemia, but
we will give you information on prevention and treatment. We do not let any of our pups leave us, until we feel like
he/she is ready for the transition, and eating well. Our vet will check the puppy before leaving us, and we will include a
vaccination records, de-worming dates, and anything that has been done to the puppy. Please contact your vet as to what
vaccination schedule he/she wants the puppy on. It is your responsibility to continue the puppy’s vaccinations.
The puppy needs to be vaccinated every 2-3 weeks until 16 weeks of age. It is your responsibility to protect the puppy
from exposure to disease until he is fully vaccinated and immune.
We cannot guarantee against incompatibility,
that your puppy will be the perfect show dog, the perfect breeder, the exact weight or color you want him/her to be, housebroken
in a day, or that he/she won’t ever chew up your favorite shoe. We can guarantee, that if you love and care for
him/her properly, you will have a wonderful friend!.
Buyer understands that the deposit is non-refundable, unless the health of chosen puppy changes
from the time of deposit and transfer date. Buyer also understands that shipping is at his/her expense, and payment
is made in full before the transfer.
This guarantee applies to the original puppy only, and is nontransferable
to a second party. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction
of the State of PA. This contract must be signed and returned to Health Puppies before the puppy can leave us.
Baba will
be shipped with Vet Health Check, Birth Certificate, Health Certificate, Full AKC Certificate, Pedigree Papers, Avid Microchip,
New Puppy Parent Kit, Doggie Door Training, Lifetime Bully Support. etc
